Counseling for Children and their Families

Does your child suffer with anxiety, sadness or loneliness?

Is your child having behavior problems at school, getting poor grades or telling you how much s/he HATES going to school?

Does your child experience bullying or teasing by other kids?

Are your child's video games substituting for friends or outdoor activities?

Are you struggling with your concern for your child and not knowing how or when to help?

You are not alone. I know from personal experience that parenting is the toughest job there is... and not only do our kids arrive without instruction books, but each child has their own individual issues and needs that require different kinds of help and support.

Growing up is hard enough without having to go through so much hardship and pain. There may be issues in the home, at school or both. Sometimes children show they are hurting by acting out at school; sometimes they act out when they are at home; and some children do not act out, but withdraw and become loners. Many times parents do not have the first clue on how to go about identifying or fixing the problem, and the stress of trying to help only puts more pressure on the child.
I invite you to allow me to teach you and your children strategies that will allow you to experience improvement in multiple areas of your life, while strengthening the relationships within your identified family.
